Arina
Meet Arina Bagaryakova: Inspiring Students to Find Their Unique Voice
Arina Bagaryakova, better known as Bagarisha, is more than just a celebrated alternative jazz musician; she’s a passionate teacher committed to helping students uncover their musical potential. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your skills, Arina offers an engaging and supportive learning environment that inspires creativity and growth.
With her exceptional background as a full-scholarship graduate of Berklee College of Music and performances on prestigious stages like The Voice and Junior Eurovision, Arina brings a wealth of real-world experience to her lessons. Her students benefit from her expertise in vocal technique, piano mastery, and artistic expression, tailored to each individual's goals.
Arina’s teaching philosophy is deeply rooted in helping students connect with their authentic selves through music. Drawing inspiration from her debut album Svet—which explores themes of duality, light, and compassion—she empowers students to discover their inner light, embrace their creativity, and build confidence both on and off the stage.
As someone who has worked with jazz legends such as John Patitucci, Kris Davis, and Terri Lyne Carrington, and contributed to groundbreaking projects like Joana Vasconcelos' Valkyrie installation, Arina combines technical excellence with a visionary approach. Her lessons go beyond notes and scales, teaching students how to tell their own stories and captivate audiences.

Nick
Bold, Fearless, Driven. These are just a few words that describe Nick Aquilino, a passionate musician and performer who is dedicated to inspiring and mentoring the next generation of artists. Nick graduated Berklee College of Music and Inspired by legends like Marvin Gaye, Frank Sinatra, Prince, George Michael, and Sade, Nick has devoted his life to carrying on their legacy while helping others find their unique voices.
Since breaking into the music industry in 2017, Nick has achieved incredible milestones. He has opened for iconic artists such as Phil Collins, Jon B., and Keith Sweat—spending a summer under Sweat’s mentorship—and performed at major events like South Florida’s Riptide Music Festival alongside legends such as The Jacksons and Sheila E. His talent has earned him recognition from some of the biggest names in music and sports, with praise from Maxwell, Tank, Frank Sinatra’s official page, and even NBA stars like Dwyane Wade and Goran Dragic.
Nick has also left his mark on major platforms, having performed the National Anthem at the 2020 NBA Finals and contributing to the soundtrack of the globally successful anime film, Jujitsu Kaisen 0. Beyond music, Nick is the creator and host of “Music, Basketball, & Life,” a popular Instagram Live series and podcast where he explores the intersection of music and sports with icons like Bob McAdoo, Stan Van Gundy, and Bam Adebayo.

Danielle
Dani has found a lifelong passion in music. She began her musical journey at age eight. She studied piano for a decade, picking up singing in high school to complement her love of acting in plays and musicals. She went on to study voice in college at California Lutheran University, earning a music degree with a concentration in vocal performance in 2020. She next moved to the east coast to continue her musical studies, earning her Master of Music in vocal performance and pedagogy with a pedagogy emphasis.
Dani loves sharing her knowledge of music through teaching. She has been teaching music for over eight years. She has taught private lessons in voice and piano to students of all ages, worked as a music teacher in an elementary school, taught private classes in music theory, musicianship, and vocal technique, tutored college students in music theory, and assistant taught undergraduate theory and musicianship courses while in graduate school. Dani currently lives in Brooklyn and teaches across New York City and Connecticut.
Stephanie
Stephanie is a 32-year-old professional singer and musician with over 10 years of experience as a voice teacher and performer. She has a bachelor's degree in popular music with a concentration in voice performance besides a certification in vocal pedagogy under the popular Somatic Voicework Method™ (Lovetri Method). During her musical journey, Stephanie has had the opportunity to stand out as a vocalist in various groups and musical projects, performing jazz, rock, pop, latin and musical theater. Currently she is active in the local music scene participating in various popular music with small and large ensembles and developing her own musical project. As a fun fact, Stephanie is an anime enthusiast who loves matcha.
Christina
Christina is an experienced voice and piano teacher who loves finding out what gets her students excited about music and working with their strengths. As an experienced performer and artist, she also coaches students who are interested in songwriting, live performance, music production, forming a band, and the music industry.
Christina cut her teeth studying classical piano with acclaimed pianist Linda Gleichman, and after high school became a principal keyboardist and vocalist for one of the country's largest megachurches. She later went on to New York to pursue a music career, where she founded an indie rock band with a cult following. As frontwoman and keyboardist for the band, she co-produced four original albums that charted on college radio and were praised by magazines such as Spin, Magnet, and Billboard. With the band, she toured extensively and appeared on stages with notable artists such Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings, Kate Nash, Nick Waterhouse, and Lucius.
She is a coloratura soprano who has studied voice formally for over ten years, with teachers including opera singer Jordan Ferrar and jazz vocalist Anaïs Maviel. With her diverse background, she can help vocal students combine healthy singing with contemporary singing styles.
She has taught over a hundred students in her teaching career, including young children and seniors. Her methods include the Faber piano method and Bel Canto-informed vocal techniques, as well as teaching chord theory and ear training for fun, rewarding learning.
Renée
Starting her music journey at the age of 6, she quickly rose to prominence, participating in renowned music TV shows like The Voice. Her performances in front of world leaders, including the Presidents of China, Russia, and France, underline the international recognition of her musical prowess. Earning the prestigious title of a presidential scholar in Russia for eight consecutive years attests to Renée's contributions to cultural and music aspects as a performer. By the age of 17, she had already secured a spot on the list of the Top 100 most promising youth in Russia, further highlighting her extraordinary potential. Parallel to her successful performing and academic career, Renée began her teaching journey at the age of 16. As a teacher, she aims to impart her unique perspective on music, nurturing the next generation of talented vocalists, keyboard players, and songwriters.
Sarah
Sarah is a professionally trained Singer/Songwriter. She studied Music/Popular Music at University of Liverpool in the UK, where she specialized in vocal performance, composition and music technology. Since graduating in 2015, she has been teaching singing to pupils of a variety of ages and abilities, guiding many of them through vocal exam grades with a 100% pass rate. Now 29 years old, she has been performing professionally under the name Amelia Lappert for 8+ years both as a solo artist and in a band, releasing music on Spotify, Apple Music and other online digital platforms. Having performed all over London - including at renowned music venues such as Ronnie Scott's, The Half Moon and The Water Rats as well as playing at several festivals across the UK alongside artists such as All Saints, Pixie Lott and Mystery Jets - she has a lot of performance experience. She has also had the privilege of supporting other well known artists like Tom Grennan and American Young and has made several appearances on radio including BBC Introducing shows. Fun Fact: I surprised my husband at our wedding by performing a song I’d written for him!
